Construct new 22,000 square foot facility, consisting of four connected buildings: three wood-frame buildings and one metal pre-fabricated building. The project included all excavating, concrete slabs, electrical, plumbing (including septic/sewer), mechanical, HVAC, parking lot, and all finish carpentry for offices, bathrooms.
